1.  www.noxglobal.com.tr: It is a website (“Site”) where corporate information belonging to NOX GLOBAL LOJİSTİK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“NOXGLOBAL”) is presented. Please read the conditions below. Your entry to the site is subject to the legal conditions set out below between you and NOXGLOBAL.

2. General terms of use: From the moment you start using the site, you gain the right to access, use and receive commercial communication, commercial electronic messages, certain interfaces and functions offered on or through this Site, if any, and other related sites.

i. Criminal Acts: Users are obliged not to engage in any behavior that is i) a crime within the scope of both international and local legislation and ii) contrary to the relevant regulations and directives of the European Union.
ii.Prohibited Behaviors: Users accept and undertake not to run or use software that sends more messages to the Site server than a human being can send in a certain period of time.

15. Language: In the event of an inconsistency between the Turkish and foreign language versions of the website, “Terms of Use” and “Privacy and Security Terms”, the Turkish version shall be deemed valid.

At NOXGLOBAL; (i) In case the user violates the conditions or policies written herein or determined by NOXGLOBAL, (ii) in case the user does not have the right to use due to legal restrictions, (iii) in case the access to the Site is eliminated due to the decisions of the legislation or administrative regulatory bodies, (iv) in case the access to the Site is eliminated due to legal regulations or force majeure, (v) in case the Site publication is suspended, stopped, terminated or similar reasons at the discretion of NOXGLOBAL, it may cancel the membership, prevent the use or terminate it without any notice.

17. Records: In disputes that may arise from the use of the Site, all kinds of electronic and commercial records of NOXGLOBAL, including its ledgers and communication logs, and e-mail and fax notifications made by NOXGLOBAL to the users constitute definitive and exclusive evidence.

18. Notification agreement: It has been accepted by NOXGLOBAL that e-mail or fax notifications to be made to the users' contact information on the Site will have the same legal consequences as valid notification.

19. Applicable provisions: The laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply to any disputes that may arise regarding the use of the Site. Users residing outside the Republic of Turkey and connecting to the Site from outside the Republic of Turkey also accept that the laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply to any disputes that may arise regarding the use of the Site and waive their rights arising from any other applicable country regulations.

20. Authorized courts and enforcement offices: Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall be authorized to resolve any disputes that may arise regarding the Site and terms of use.
